The Clarity Commitment Guarantee
I am committed to your clarity and your success. If, after your 2-hour Discovery Session, you feel the Scale to Clarity Program is not the right fit, you may opt out. Your Discovery Session will be treated as a standalone service, and the remainder of your program fee will be refunded (or future payments cancelled).
If, by the end of Week Three, you have attended your calls and completed your check-ins but still feel misaligned, we will discuss. If the program is not the right match, you will receive a credit toward another service that better fits your needs.

By enrolling in the Scale to Clarity Program, you agree to participate in good faith, complete applicable tasks, attend scheduled sessions to the best of your ability, and engage respectfully within any individual or group environment. All fees are in Canadian Dollars. You may choose to pay in full or through a monthly payment plan, and by selecting a payment plan you authorize recurring monthly charges until the full balance is paid. Missed or failed payments may pause access to services until your account is up to date, and because each program includes access to strategic materials, community support, and coaching from the start, all payments are considered final except where outlined under the Clarity Commitment Guarantee.
Our Clarity Commitment Guarantee allows you to opt out after your Discovery Session only if you notify us in writing within 48 hours. If you choose to opt out, your Discovery Session will be treated as a standalone service and you will be charged a non-refundable $400 fee, with all future scheduled program payments cancelled. No full refunds will be issued under any circumstance. If, after three weeks in the Program, you are still unsure whether it is the right fit, you may request a Fit Review conversation as long as you have shown up, participated in good faith, and completed reasonable onboarding steps. Any refunds or payment adjustments after this three-week point are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of Amanda Gavigan. Cancellations due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or changes unrelated to program content or delivery are not eligible for refunds or payment plan cancellation; however, you may transfer your remaining program credit into a future cohort while retaining your Founders Cohort pricing, or apply the equivalent amount toward 1:1 sessions at the rate paid, to be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
All program materials, worksheets, systems, templates, recordings, and frameworks are the intellectual property of Amanda Gavigan and may not be copied, shared, or repurposed without written permission. We do not guarantee specific results or business outcomes, as success depends entirely on your implementation and external factors outside our control. To protect all participants, every client will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to beginning the Program, ensuring that shared experiences and personal or business information within the group remain private and respected. To the fullest extent permitted under Ontario law, Amanda Gavigan is not liable for any damages resulting from your participation in or reliance on our programs or services.
